Farm/ Ranch Lead Wanted. We are a mid-sized family ranch in North Central WA that produces dry land grains/ oilseed, grass hay, alfalfa, and cattle. We are seeking a full-time employee to join our team and help with all operations. This position is for someone who is interested in agriculture and ranching; prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal applicant is motivated, has a positive attitude, has experience with equipment and working with livestock, enjoys working independently and as part of a team, and is ready for a challenge. Job duties include operating and maintaining trucks and equipment; crop production; hay production; manual labor; mechanic work; facility maintenance; and assisting with cattle herd management. Full-time, typically 5-6 days/ week. Extended harvest/ planting hours, reduced winter hours. Position starts immediately. Compensation: Starting at $20/hr, higher pay possible DOE.
